Online Giveaway Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. One entry per person is allowed. If intending to claim the prize on behalf of an organisation, please ensure you have the necessary support and agreement before submitting your entry. 2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 4th December 2023 and ends on 24th December 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT). 3. How to Enter: Participants must fill out an online form, available at www.coachyourculture.com/2023giveaway 4. Prize Details: The winner will have the choice between two prize options: Option 1: Three one-hour one-to-one transformation coaching sessions. Option 2: A workshop for their team, organisation, or company. Either option will be provided free of charge, unless travel and accommodation is required more than 50+ miles from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9. In which case, there will be a cost to the winner, to cover the full cost of travel and accommodation. No profit will be gained by the provider. 5. Winner Selection and Prize Redemption: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via e-mail within seven days of the giveaway's end date. 6. Prize Redemption: The winner will be contacted by sarah@coachyourculture.com and must respond by 31st January 2024 to claim their prize. The winner must have booked a date to receive their chosen prize by 30th June 2024. If travel or accommodation is required more than 50+ miles from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, the winner is responsible for any associated costs beyond this distance, including travel and accommodation. 7. Prize Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. 8. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 9. General Conditions: The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.
