Our Founder, Sarah Lennox, is an experienced organisational development and innovation strategist, and executive leadership coach. With over a decade of experience in transformation and leadership development, Sarah brings a grounded, strategic approach to helping individuals and organisations grow.

She has provided counsel to C-suite leaders and guided organisations through complex change, including multi-organisation mergers and large-scale restructures. Her work spans organisational development, culture change, staff engagement, and transformation, primarily within the health and care sector. A commitment to helping people and strengthening communities runs through everything she does.

Sarah is trained in a wide range of approaches and methods, including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Action Learning, Clean Language, GROW, PRO, OSCAR, TOTE, SCARF, and more. These tools support individuals and teams to set ambitious goals and build the mindset, skills, and insight needed to achieve them.

With a deep understanding of behavioural psychology and the human experience of change, Sarah designs personalised, outcomes-focused strategies that create lasting impact. As Managing Director, she leads the development and delivery of our coaching programmes, leadership masterclasses, and organisational development initiatives.

I am a continually curious learner; I devour books, podcasts, and the occasional slice of cake. I'm a real foodie, an amateur runner, and an advocate for moving for mental wellness.
I am also a mother to an incredible child who is neurodivergent. My son is my daily inspiration and proof of the beauty in diverse minds. He is my reminder of the importance and fulfilment to be found in being able to be yourself freely, unapologetically, and positively.

I find my purpose and passion in helping people get out of their own way. I enjoy challenging and guiding people to moments of self-discovery and confidence. My coaching philosophy revolves around fostering self-awareness, continuous learning, and building resilient people equipped to succeed in dynamic environments.
